Finally figured this one out. I too was having this showing up on my bill, I don't have voice mail and when I spoke to someone at ATT they said it was the voicemail number. She didn't explain, that when I miss a call it forwards to a message the "this persons voicemail hasn't been set up yet." its like an 8 second message, but that is what this is.

I just discovered multiple calls TO this number 812-629-0998 and to 812-629-0999 on my cell phone account with 4 lines and ALL 4 phones have supposedly called these numbers. My situation is actually wierder, instead of this number calling me, it is showing up on my phone records as being called out from my 2nd line on our phone records. It actually caused an altercation between myself and my boyfriend becasue it was showing the calls being made sometimes at 1 or 2 in the morning.
