It's def a scam!!!! Best thing I've found that works is call and harrass them with a blocked number with threats of your own....over and over again. I ended up shutting two of their numbers down because they got scared or annoyed I was tying up their line. It felt good.

This Indian Man always calls me at work I have continuously told him not to call me. Today he called me twice and said that I must call him back that his name is Robert Matthews and the number is 813-200-8121 x 1020. He stated that he was with the Department of Crimes and Investigations and that he had to discuss important legal information with me. I am turning as I have with all the other calls to the State of Florida Attorney Generals Office. He called me at 11:32 A.M. Central Time on June 21, 2011. I have him saved on my answering machine if you need it for any legal reasons.
