Every month I make a payment and have not used my card for any new purchases in the past year, but I get calls from them at least twice a day, I am a student (doing studnet teaching 7-4 Mon.-Fri. as well as two online classes) and a single mom so I cant work right now. When I do answer and explain all this and even make an offer to pay more than I can actually afford, like $50, they say "well ma'am we understand, but if you pay at least $200 will credit you account an extra $35 and you will be current." If I just told them I can barely scrape together the $50 where the heck do they think Im going to get the $200?!? They are bullies and I hate having to screen my calls!!!Sorry I just went off there. I rewcieved a call from an indian accented male,telling me that my husband owed money to their company for a loan (mind you he didnt take out a loan) they asked for credit/bank info....etc. When I got aggravated with the situation they began to tell me my husband would lose his paychecks because they would garnish his wages,etc. They then began to say crude hings into the phone.
