This is a new number that a scammer is using to extort money from women. He is very convincing and tries to make a love connection. He uses the name Joe Smith, supposedly working at Aegon and travelling throughout the world. Therefore you can never meet him. He is obsessed with the Gemini cryto site and will advise to invest. He tried to get me to apply for a refi on my mortgage so he could receive $15 million. I researched and found that the company he worked for (AEGON) the website was fake also bank info was fake. Do the research before getting scammed.
