This call I believe is from a collection agency. This is also a possible iden***y theft situation. Someone is using my former married name to open accounts. I have not used this former name since 1980 so that is what makes me suspect someone has stolen it. This company has been calling and sending me letters regarding two accounts, one is Sears and the other with Franklin Mint. I have called Sears and they have no record of this. Franklin Mint has just sent collection letters. I have also opened a Sears account just to make sure and I was approved.
