Jasmine left a voice mail so I called back. They said it was an attempt to collect a debt and I asked the company name. They said its a private company. If youre collecting a debt youre required by law to disclose the company name. Funny thing is I have no debt because my ch7 bankruptcy was discharged. I reported them to the authorities.

State that they are calling from a personal business office. Won't name the business. Will only state they are calling regarding a personal business matter. They are trying to collect a bad debt. I stated that the balance I had (at my work, which was adjusted off) was cleared. She stated that "maybe they just haven't updated the status with us" and that I was "more than welcome to check on that".
