I received a phone call today at 10:23 that I missed. I am a personal assistant for a real estate investor and I do a majority of my business on my cell phone. When I returned the call at 10:24 the gentleman didn't even say hello or offer his name. What he did say was Thank you for calling back. Information was received that I was looking for insurance and he wanted to assist me. This part is true. However, when I started to explain I currently did not have insurance since my car had broken down, his response was "Oh I can't help you then" AND HUNG UP!! I was trying to get at the point that I am supposed to go close on an automobile this weekend and I was needing insurance. Thus, the whole reason why I started looking for quotes to begin with. I feel he was rude on every level of conducting business and very unethical & professional.
