These b*stards call me all hours of the day and there is rarely ever anyone on the line. I called them back once and found out they were harassing me about paying my Home Depot card WHICH WAS NOT LATE. The woman who answered couldn't answer any of my questions and just kept reading the same script over and over and over - which I could barely understand through her thick hindi accent. You had better believe that when I pay off my home depot commercial credit card I'm canceling it and getting a lowe's card!

got a recording saying there was a problem with my "private retail card" (which i don't have) so i called them back and got a human to answer on like the second ring. i told her of the problem and she asked for my account number. i told her i didn't have an account number at which time she asked for my social security number. i literally laughed out loud at her and told her it wasn't going to happen. she then asked for my phone number again, not going to happen. seems fishy to me. i wouldn't give them any info if you actually get to talk to someone.

816 420 4003 calls my phone at least 3 times a day! When I asnswer, noone is there! Today I answered the phone (at 9 p.m.!) then hung it up. The number called right back! Whoever is calling never leaves a message. I have a citi card and I was late paying it by one day in November 2008. A totally different number called from a different area code and the automated voice left a message saying it was a friendly reminder from citi cards. I don't know what's going on but I'm really considering getting rid of the card!

Just called the official 800-823-4086 (the number on the back of my card) and reported that 816-420-1003 had been calling me, and they informed me that the number doesn't sound like a Citi number. The rep even called it for me and said they didn't answer, but some companies don't answer if it's not Mon-Fri, but she was still puzzled that it didn't come from their collections department which IS operational 24/7. Uh huh. Needless to say, she recorded it on my record that I was getting calls from around 8a - 9p, so whomever it is, they're again on record! 800-318-4016 - was the number given to me as the Citi "collections department".

UGH!!! I hate this company!!! I am definitely closing this card. They call my house 10 times a day. No one is ever there. It's so annoying.

Have a businees acct with Home Depot but Citi always calls about unpaid balance and late fees for items that have already been paid! All of the callers are always VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

It's Home Depot. If you have an account with them, when they are trying to collect on a past due balance, they will call from this number. Funny thing is, they called at 8:52am and told me that their offices are closed and are only open 7am-7pm Central Standard Time and I'm in Central Standard Time. Weird.

I got a call from this number and I do not have a Citibank card or home depot. No message left.

Call it back and try the # or * buttonsIt is Citi thoughI got the "invalid entry" message and a prompt to press *h (aka *4) for Help. Then says to press *t (*8) to reach a 5 digit extension but who could guess that, right? So tried *a (*2) for directory by name and tried some common surnames; smith, miller, jackson, jones, etc. It may also prompt you to the directory where you can hear their 5 digit extensions when you punch in their names, some start with 560-- others 567--, even 411--. one of their voicemail messages gave another 816 area code number which lead me to somewhere in florida who wasnt much help. I told them they were telemarketing to a cell phone (which is not allowed by the FCC) and he assured me it was not a telemarketing call.

Is it particularly sensible to publish your full phone number on a website?
(816) 420-1003
Do not call 6515923963 ever again.
(816) 420-1003
They have a calling system that dials numbers from a list. Telemarketer randomly pushes buttons for next call after pitching the last live one he caught. The phone number has already been dialed BEFORE he clicks the button and your phone is already ringing. If you pick up the call at the right second he/she or it will begin the pitch. If not the telemarketer just clicks on the next button and keeps trying. Their system doesn't care one bit how many thousands of people they interrupt with a call like this. No way to stop them unless THOUSANDS of customers complain.I'll be one of the one's complaining. How about you?

Have Home Depot Business Credit Card and was past due $49 (first time late, for last month's statement and I didn't even know it). Company called and left a message saying this is so and so with "Citi" regarding my Home Depot acct. They left a reference number, etc. I didn't call them back, but rather the main number on my cc to clear things up. I saw this number come up before throughout this week on my caller ID, but the company would never leave a msg. At least one of the functions of "Citicorp Credit" is probably regarding some type of collections. But again, I was only late by 8 days on the payment and did not know it. This is a waste of business resources if they would call about that...
(816) 420-1003
Everyday I have as many as four of these calls!!! Home Depot can have their card, what a way to do business. Glad to know I'm not alone.
(816) 420-1003
it is a citibank card, however, i do own a corporate home depot card that is underwritten from citibank, i'm not even late, i have 30 days to pay and my bill is on the 10th of the month, so i technically have til the 10th of this month and they call me every single day. its so annoying...when i pay this card off which is a business card, i will never use them again.
(816) 420-1003
I called back. Got a "Our offices are open btwn 7 and 7. Please leave msg." However, that was at noon and I couldn't leave a message. Next time, it was busy.
