This number calls me multiple times daily. I have it blocked, but it rings through to my voicemail. Voicemail always asks for the wrong name. Sometimes "Joanna", sometimes another name...none of whom are me. I am sick of needing to remove them from my voicemails 5 to 6 times a day. I received a phone call three times today, I finally answered so I could get them to stop calling. The Caller ID said Citicorp Credit, the phone number is 816-420-1012 . The computer asked for my husband by name, I confirmed that I was he, then it asked for my billing zip code to confirm. I put it in. Then they told me that our sears card was over due bill $56 and if I paid it over the phone that I could avoid the late fee of $15. So I pressed yes, then it told me to enter my bank account number and routing number and that if I needed to go get it, to go ahead and press a key when I got back.
