This number calls me multiple times daily. I have it blocked, but it rings through to my voicemail. Voicemail always asks for the wrong name. Sometimes "Joanna", sometimes another name...none of whom are me. I am sick of needing to remove them from my voicemails 5 to 6 times a day. Occasionally, Citi uses another number, but it is the same scam. I have never had an account with Citibank.

I received a phone call three times today, I finally answered so I could get them to stop calling. The Caller ID said Citicorp Credit, the phone number is 816-420-1012 . The computer asked for my husband by name, I confirmed that I was he, then it asked for my billing zip code to confirm. I put it in. Then they told me that our sears card was over due bill $56 and if I paid it over the phone that I could avoid the late fee of $15. So I pressed yes, then it told me to enter my bank account number and routing number and that if I needed to go get it, to go ahead and press a key when I got back. Started receiving calls last Wednesday while out of town and have had at least one a day since then. I called the Citibank number on the back of my card to find out what was going on. Citibank advised me that they were phishing calls and to ignore them. I'm going to block the number.

Have been receiving 3 or 4 hangup calls a day. The calls are over a late payment from Sears. This over zealous collecting on a 2 week late payment is ridiculous. Late charges have already been applied and the amount is small. My business means little to any company that resorts to this with a steady payer who has missed one payment. Cutting k-mart and Sears cards up and sending them back as protest.

This number keeps making robocalls to my house asking for someone named Marguerita Destrang. I have asked three different people to take me off their list, to no avail. I just spoke with the "escalation manager," and told her my number was new and to quit calling me. When I got home last night, there were eight hang up messages from this number on my voicemail. We just moved and received a new phone number. Three months later I am receiving 3-5 phone callsdaily from citi corp credit for a name not connected with any member of my household. When trying toaccess the "press three" if you are not the person it disconnects and goes straight to a busy signal. I have not been able to speak to anyone directly nor have I been asked any personal account info( which I do not have for sears anyway!) We're getting the same thing. Calls several times a day for the past couple of weeks. We have no Sears or Citi accounts, and the person's name on the message is unknown to us. Although they offer options to press if you're not the person they say they're looking for, no matter what you press (we've tried them all many times) you're always told there's no operators available, and to "please call us again later."
