They call every day around 11am on my CELL Number! I just don't answer it if I don't know who is calling! I'm in Connecticut.

I answered this call a month ago and the caller identified himself as being from citibank and that i was behind on a payment. I have several citibank accounts so this was plausible. i told him i would hang up and make the payment to citibank directly. he said if he took my payment over the phone he could waive a fee for me. he was not able to give me my account number, but he did know how many accounts and the balance. whenever i asked for more specific info he said something about his system not being able to get that info. then he asked for my security code on the account. he suggested this was my mother's maiden name. stupidly i gave it to him. then he asked for my checking account routing number and account number and i said i'm not comfortable with this.at some point i said i was busy and had to go so i asked if i could call him back. he said no but he could call me back after he went on a break. that is STRANGE! he seemed kind of floored that i wanted to call him back. he started spouting again all the stuff he knew about my account. we hung up and after that i looked up his phone number. some poeple thought it was citibank and some thought it was a scam. when he called back we discussed payment and i told him i didn't want to give him my info. then i hung up and since then they have called anywhere from once a day to 20 times a day!!! i want to spam these people back!!! feel free to call this man and do it!!
