Received call on 9/22/2014 from 1-817-900-3618 ("Auto Alert" appeared on caller ID) this is the 3rd call I have received telling me that my warranty on my car has expired I said that I have never owned that make or model car. They repeated my name and address I said that information was correct but I have never owned the vehicle or purchased a warranty for the car. I asked where did you get the information because if my identity has been compromised in any way I need to address the problem. She (the caller) agreed and understood my concern, she put me on hold while she supposedly asked her manager a few minutes later we were disconnected,
