Don't let these people scare you. It's just a total scam.Obviously they're from somewhere in India...Pakistan - same s**t. Just miserable thieves sitting in a cave somewhere trying to make a buck.They called me as well yesterday morning, I thought it was really fun to mess with them.They said that I took out a "payday loan" of some sort and never repaid it. Complete nonsense.They asked for my attorney's name and telephone number.I said my attorney's name John Smith...(the same name of the idiot calling me) - and I said the telephone number for him is (123) 456-7891 - they didn't even catch this right away. Not the smartest group.Somehow, they obtained a U.S. telephone number, although they're certainly not from here.Don't worry about them charging anything to your acct. - if they had this info. they would have most certainly used it by now.My advice, keep calling them and messing with them. It's fun to hear them get angry. Remember, every moment they're being messed with is time away from trying to steal from us.

This foreigner had an Indian accent said he was a senior law partner for American Consilidation Services and that he was going to be filing 3 charges against me for applying online for a payday advance...that I supposedly receive...yet if I had received it I would know the date I received it. He culd not tell me the date. He told me I was being charged with a fraudulent bank account,,,that money had been transferred into my account and i did not pay it back,...yet he could not tell me the date.he asked me if i had an attorney...i said no why would i need an attorney> If I borrowed money, I would pay it back.he told me he could settle this ocr out of court reconciliation. I said why should I settle any case when i do not even know who the money is owe to. He saidh e represented a company called Cash Net Works which owns over 130 companies. I told him until he tells me the date I borrowed the money I would not pay anything back. He said I would owe 3 to 4 thousand dollars. and that they would file this tomorrow morning. I hung up on him. He sounded like  total fraud. He did have the last 4 of my social security number however.

I don't know who they are but they said it concerned some lawsuit.  I couldn't hardly understand the person they had such a thick accent.  I think he said consolidation service, funny thing is I don't have any bad debts.  Might be a scam
