Called my mother stating that I had a legal matter I had 2 hours to respond to or else it'd be a "failure to appear". Even gave her a case number and this phone number as the call-back. Total BS. I didn't call them back because F- them, right?

Called and said I was being sued by advance america. They claimed they were trying to prevent it from going to court but later said it wasn't filed with the court. Said he worked for Law Offices of Yang and Associates out of Los Angeles, Ca. but when I googled it the firm is out if Texas. Almost had my money!!! Wow!
