I never answer phone unless I know who is calling me. I transfer all my calls to a notepad and then Google the number and find out who called. the 818 number is from a Pasadena home remodelling company.'s landline. I then get a bunch of recent numbers that keep calling and phone or write to the F Fcc told me you can sue these spammers in small claims court if you have the patience to do it and are on a Do Not Call List.. Keep a loud whistle by the phone and as soon as you know you have a spammer online blow the whistle as hard and as loud as you can until their ear drums rupture!!!
