Was sent an email about a family protection plan auto debit from my account in the amount of $462.47 from bestbuy/geeksquad that i never purchased. Called this number which was attached to email and was answered by a middle Eastern man that offered to refund the money but hung up on me when i refused to give personal info beyond the email and invoice number. Then they refused to answer when i called back and blocked my number after 5 consecutive attempts to call them back.

Spam email claiming my subscription for Norton LifeLock is expiring today, and that my subscription for Norton LifeLock will be renewed for another 3 years for $489.99. I don't use Norton Lifelock and I am certainly not going to call and give them my name, address, and charge card number. Get real -- don't fall for this.

This is a scam. It is supposed to be Norton Security. Another person sending emails saying that they charged your account than wanting you to call If you wish to cancel and request a refund, please call our toll-free number. Call the number, they hang up. Something needs to be done.
