I said no to both, but of course I gave ZERO personal info to them (and surprisingly, they didn't ask any personal info). --- Then I ***g up and called the real Cap One Bank Bank using the phone number on the back of my card, and the Bank's real fraud department said the call was FAKE. --- I can't imagine what they got out of that. Very weird.

This number was listed for a rental property in the Pittsburgh area. After talking with them and the pressure that they put on me to fill out an application and pay a fee before they would meet me at the property has led me to believe it is likely a scam. Use caution.
