They claimed to be USAA wanting pictures of the vehicle damage. The text was informal and didn't identify an individual or adjuster. I had already sent USAA numerous pictures, so suspected it was a scam. The phone number also didn't match any of USAA's contact numbers.

I have received numerous calls from this scammer. I don't answer any numbers that I do not know. They never leave a message.
