they are at it again Watch out! File fraud

These guys called my work twice and left a phone number to call. I called back out of curiosity. The accent was thick and it sounded like a calling center. They had my SSN, and other private information. They proceeded to call me a criminal and told me I was going to be in jail for the holiday. They wanted more information, but would not give me any about them. What a hoax. I hope they get caught. A complaint with the BBB and FTC has been filed.

Said he was Ryam Cruz of law office representing Sonic cashnet and that I owed 800 plus 5484 addit for legal fees on a 200 loan that I know nothing abt. He had my email addr, my addr, tele #'s and said he had my ss too and that an affadavit of my 3 fraud crimes on a fed bank will be delivered to my home and job tomorrow.

Caller called my mother at work and said she took out a payday loan. He had her social security number, multiple contact numbers, address, and names of people she had listed as credit references. He said the sherriff would arrest her and that a warrant had been issued. Caller had a heavy accent that sounded possibly Asian Indian

these bozos who can't even speak english keep telling me that I am going to receive a warrant at my apartment and then my office where they are going to speak to my boss. When you ask them who they are and who they represent they won't answer

called my work number twice and stated it was a time sensitive matter and either myself or my attorney needed to call as soon as I got the message and if we did not call back, who knows what would happen and good luck
