These people are pathetic.  The address they list is a mall that went out of business.  That's where they do business out of.  What scumbags.

I found the company.  AND I found the direct number to these people actually making the calls.  This number calls direct to the telemarking center.  SO HAVE FUN.  Also all those other number are bogus.  When you call them you will here them answer the phone exaclty like a telemarking center.  HAVE FUN WITH THEM.. Received a call this morning.  I am in NC.  I was getting so many of these harassment calls at work that I finally placed all of our numbers on the Do Not Call registry.  Unfortunately, a few law breakers still will call.  The next option is to fill out a report to the FCC.  I have logged each and every telemarketer call since July of last year...it is unbelievable!  This same car warranty company and a couple others have made dozens of calls to our business.  I've written letters and e-mails but to no avail.  Best thing so far is the Do Not Call List.  They have 31 days to take you off their call lists then you can report them.  They can be fined thousands if they break the law.

Trying to get me to extend an auto warranty on a car I don't have. Try to call back but it won't let me. I get recording of the number you are trying to call is not in service. I get these calls at least once a week.

Not recognizing the number, I didn't answer it on my work phone. The automated message must've kicked in when my voicemail greeting picked up so I only caught the "press 2 to be removed from this list" part of the message. From the postings here, I'm really glad I didn't pick up...

i have been getting this calls at work from a couple of different numbers and kept pressing 2. finally today i pressed 1 and got a rude lady who hung up on me when i asked to be removed from the list...i just registered with the do not call list and hopes that it stops!

I run a small local VoIP-based telephone company.  These idiots were calling us and our customers one number after another, so I blocked them.  Any calls from this number (and another one they use commonly) get redirected right back to their office phone number as posted above.  And I get an e-mail for each one so I can have a good laugh.

I have received many calls from 831-480-6326 as well but mine have been about repossessing my car - I don't own a car.  When I chose option 1 to speak to a representative, they came to the phone, I said I wanted to talk to someone about the car they wanted to repossess and they laughed, saying they had already gotten my car.  I filed a complaint with the FTC at the link provided by 'Encourage You To Report It' above.

I keep getting these phone calls also and they are very aggrivating. I believe something needs to be done about these phone calls. When you press 1 they are very rude and just hang up on you when you ask where they got your phone number.

Received call and pressed 1.  They didn't expect that and got wise guy who kept asking for VIN number.  Circular conversation with obvious con artist.  Hope someone intervenes before they steal a fortune from trusting consumers.

I get the auto warranty calls & the call/hangup.pretty annoying.

I just pressed two and the guy insulted me on the phone when I wouldn't give him my vehicle make, model, and vin.

I get the same calls in Dallas. Usually about 3 times a week. It has been going on for at least two months. I have never done anything about it and the frequency has not seemed to increase. I no longer answer the calls, so what ever data they gather about me it must be that I am never available. I want them to think I am very busy doing something, like planting a bomb in their building. lol.

We live in suburban Chicago.  We've been getting multiple calls a day -- I know from my caller ID.  Started over the 4th of July weekend.  Definitely complain.  Also consider investing in an inbound call blocker.  Several vendors sell such call screening devices. No endorsements are implied.  I got one from Hello Direct for about $100.  Costs less than paying your phone company $15/mo+ for privacy manager.  It works just like caller id except that you can "save" a number that's been harrassing you and then the next time they call, the little device blocks it from ringing / being answered.  We've had ours for 7 months now and LOVE IT.

I have been getting these call but after finally pressing one and getting the rude arrogant rep I talked to who insisted the number 2 on my phone wasn't working (how laughable) I started searching and have found national dealer services website and even better yet an email address I have sent the same email to about 15 times in the last 5 mins (lol) so I encourage everone with a similar complaint about the calls do the same and maybe the will stop the address is:[email protected]

I've try to press 2 to remove myself from the list.  When that didn't work, I pressed 1 to talk with someone.  When I said I wanted to be removed, they HUNG UP!  I've tried this on two different dates.  They call every other week.  Even when I asked them "What vehicle is this in reference too, the HUNG UP AGAIN".

Okay, we got the "expired" warranty call from 831 480 6326.  This is the third call we've gotten in five days.  The automated "remove from list" doesn't work and the reps rudely hang up. Today, I did get far enough that the rep said the name of the company is National Dealer Services.  (Assuming that's a real company somewhere.)  Also, it seems to me that attempting to get off the list actually may spawn MORE calls, not less. We're now getting up to a half dozen junk calls a day - but the car warranty one is the most frequent and the most obnoxious. At the very least, it proves that they've reached a live "responsive" number.We don't even own a car and as Manhattanites, never have.So I came online to complain again  (I posted elsewhere about these calls a few days ago). I'm certainly angry about the harrassment and having my work interupted during the day. But tonight, I am shocked to see so many complaints posted from this specific number JUST FROM TODAY.  It's time to get the major media involved....

We've been receiveing phone calls from this number about Warranty for the car. At first i dialed 2 in order to be removed from the list. However, this annoying spam continued. So then i tried to talk to the operator and they just keep on hanging up on me. This is ridiculous!!! Someone must take care of this!

I called to report them at 877-626-4325. The very nice CSR told me that while it is a Pac West number, Pac West gives numbers to their customers, who give it to theirs, who give it to theirs, so there is no way for an individual to trace where the calls are coming from. Another number they are using are 716-995-7300.

I get the same calls here in CT. It's a recording stating my "Auto warrantee has expired". I have pushed "2" to be removed from the list but the calls keep on coming. I did report them to 877-626-4325. Lets see if that did any good.

So much as I can tell, the point of these calls is to determine what hours of the day your number is answered.  It isn't specific to your IP phone, I get them on my cell.  Everyone should call and report them, it is the same company I believe, the disconnected message is totally faked.  They weren't even classy enough to make it appear legit.

I have received repeated calls from National Dealer Services. The calls come automated with the options to press 1 to talk to a representative and press 2 to be removed from their call list. I am on the National Do Not Call list. I have chose option 2 twice and have chosen option 1 and spoken to two representatives that have apologized and said I would be removed from the list. Today, July 7, 2008 I chose option 1 again and inquired the name of the company (National Dealer Services) and location (Florida) and when I asked for their address the representative asked why I was inquiring and I told him that I wanted to know the complete company information because they have repeatedly violated the law regarding the Do Not Call list. He then immediately hung up. The caller id identified the call as a California call 831-480-6326 I am online reporting them to the FTC. I have received the same recording from a different number prior to these.  It states that my car warranty is about to expire.  I just hang up when the message begins since I am familiar with the recording.

Continually call our work phone numbers, tried to talk to someone and they were incredibly rude and hung up on me.  I can't imagine how these people still hold thier jobs.

they call my cell phone everyday.  same thing #1 talk to a live rep, #2 to be taken off the list.  I haven't tried #2 yet, but tried call-back option from my cell phone provider and the number wasn't "in service".

called my work number.  automated message, so when my VM picked up it just started talking.  by the time it got to the "leave a message after the beep" part, it was almost done.  all i heard on my VM was something about not being frightened by the rising costs of auto repair and press 1 to speak to a live rep, and press 2 to be removed from our list.

This is the latest in a long string of hang-up phone calls I have been receiving. If you try to call this number back, it is a disconnected number. I traced it far enough to know that the service provider is Pac West. You can call them and report this harrassment at 877 626 4325. What are these calls about? Any guesses? I have only had issues with this since switching to digital phone service and wireless internet service.

Received my first call today (7/3/08) from recording of a female saying that my auto warranty would expire soon or something of such.Then tells you to choice option 1 for a live person or choice option 2. To request to be taken off their call list. I picked option '2.' Unfortunately, after I did this, even though it seemed to be a helpful option, it probably signals their 'system' that someone answered the call, so I tried to call the # back an guess what you cant!

I have been getting 2-3 of these calls a day!! So Annoying!! If you press 2 to be taken off of their list it disconnects. And if you talk to someone in person, they hang up on you! Just the kind of business I want to business with!! (insert MAJOR sarcasm!!)
