Gentleman #1 "Jared" or "Frank" (I don't remember which one was first) was calling on behalf of some legal service said that their company had gotten ahold of my number as a valid contact to reach [brother's name] and asked if I knew him. I didn't answer (of course I know my brother), but I did ask him what this phone call was about. He proceeded to tell me it was in regards to allegations being filed in Riverside County but he couldn't tell me about it. If I could just confirm his date of birth and the last 4 of his social security number he could transfer me to the case manager. Having already received more than one spam call in regards to my brother I am weary about confirming anything over the phone, especially since TX is calling me on behalf of CA. I told the gentleman that if he had the information he wouldn't need me to confirm it. He proceeded to read me my brother's birth date and I said yes, and told him to transfer me. He did so, the next guy answered the phone (my first thought was "he sounds like the last guy"). He was almost immediately rude to which I in turn was rude (mainly because I knew this whole call was **** and partially because he was rude and I'm tired of these spam calls). I told him why I was talking to him and asked about the allegations(I openly admit to having a "tone" in my voice.) The most he told me was that there were two faux charges being filed. I asked him when they had been filed, and he proceeded to ask me if I was [insert brother's name here]'s wife, to which I responded with a "hell no!" He didn't like that at all, we argued a little more he told me to have [brother] call him and ***g up on me.

Got a call stating that I had a class three felony casee with the Lancaster County court. When I did a case look up there was nothing there. When he came back on the phone I s****ed asking questions and he threatened to steal my information that they had on file and commit iden***y theft. Seems fishy to me
