Same as comments above. They call 3-4 times a day, everyday from an****ortment of numbers. The more I block the more calls from different numbers come in and they all leave the same message about qualifying for debt consolidation…

“Because you were someone in your household is eligible for an economic relief personal loan Which program is specifically designed to help families and individuals get out of debt You are pre- selected to consolidate high interest, credit card, and personal loan debt into one manageable payment To speak with our team about the opportunity press two Opt out and software calls press nine From our Alternatively, you can call us back at…” THEY CALL EVERYDAY AND LEAVE VOICEMAILS. I block them and they use new/different numbers everytime and leave voicemails.

I got a call about a payday loan with my son from over 6 yrs ago. they did not give us much information at all. said they would serve a warrant for him at his work to appear in court if this isn't taken care of. Once it goes to the court you cannot negotiate the amount. Amount would be due in full which since it had been over 6 yrs had all kinds of charges added on. The guy Chad I spoke to was very nice and not threatening but I am trying to be cautious with this. He does have an X wife who at the time could have done this in his name. She had done it previously. So far.....this is not helping

Received call from Mike Green stating he is collecting for California Check Cashing regarding a fraudulent incident for date specified when I was in hospital (over 5 yrs ago) and There was no way that I had any debt with California check cashing. A minute later got a call from 716-210-9137 From the same guy (Mike Green) for same issue. When I tried to verify these numbers, they come back to nothing??

+1(833)431-3536 Verified SCAM This number is provided as the callback number claiming to be Thomas Hughes - as the Mediation Department in the State of Georgia. +1(561)589-1966 Provides the Robocalls and both have been Reported to the FCC. Uses FAMILY NAMES - PHISHING for info NOT A Mediation Ordered by Judge in a LAWSUIT.
