These people are scammers looking for people who have Timeshare resorts and want to get out of them. They called me and my husband and told us to pay them $400 to get our "case" started and they would get all the money we've paid into the timeshare back to us. They would mediate being the advocate for us, to the Resort we had "shares" in. It's bogus...never received money and then they kept moving around so much we couldn't contact them or get a hold of them for further information. DO not be tricked by them...they even pretended to care about our current situation.
