Says it involves an enforcement action by the US Treasury. Kevin says if you don't call back, that would be considered avoidance.

This appears to be a scan. They will call saying that they are trying to collect past debt and that they are trying to serve a summons for court. They act like a legitimate law firm, but are totally fraudulent. They will try to intimidate with threats of police visits to serve summons, but it is only to get you to give them money. They will say that you own a lender (in my case USBank) so much money but if you pay right now you will only have to pay this much....it is a scan. Remember, you need to get written documentation before you are served a summons. When asked what state the complaint was filed in they said "it wasn't filed yet. We are trying to avoid that". When I then asked, "Then how can you serve me a summons?" they got angry and started to yell. I reported them to the State's Attorney.
