My wife got a call from a woman, she said she was Athena Davis, a certified document server, retained by the county to deliver a certified legal document between 3-5 to residence or place of employment if she was unable to reach them, she would have no choice but to document it as a direct refusal and the court proceedings would carry on with out me.
