Person called wanting to simply verify employment history for a former employee, who had just quit 2 months prior. They asked the employee's s**** date, end date, if employee provided notice of resignation and if they were re-hirable in my office. They even provided me my former employee's name.

They called 5 times just today saying they were looking to do an employment verification on someone who worked for us many months ago (who’s since been terminated). We continued to tell them to contact HR if they had questions about former employees, but we kept getting calls.
