I don't have a chase acct. I also receive alternating daily calls from (847) 488-6050. I sometimes get a 2 sec. message that sounds like "mama". VERY STRANGE!

I haven't done any research, so I'm taking everyone's word that the calls are from Chase. Yes, I have an account with Chase. Yes, I do have credit card debt with them. I had been out of work for about 4 months so I couldn't pay. Now I have a job and am paying off the credit card balance, but they keep calling anyway. It doesn't bother me too much because I put their phone numbers on my cell phone's block list and there's no ring. But, every once in a while, they call from a different number that's not on the block list-

Chase debt collector. They are looking for a relative of mine and wanted me to call them back. I did and told them to get lost as I have not seen or heard from my cousin in probably 4-5 years. I also told them that I would report them if they ever called me again since I have never had an account with Chase.

Automated debt collector for Chase. I do not have an account with Chase. I told them to quit calling me as I am not Melissa nor do I know anyone by that name.

Calls every 30 min and on weekends for my wife. They call her on my phone.

same thing happened with me. chase kept calling and calling nonstop and eventually they ended up calling a girl that I was seeing and asked her questions about me. pretty weird, I have no idea how they did that. I'm pretty sure I have never put her phone number down with anything that had my name on it or anything... wonder how they do this s**t?

How about we make an effort to disrupt their business.  Everyone who has gotten calls from them in the past let call them back on  Monday at 8:00 AM.  Wait for an answer and hang up.  Than call right back and do the same and hang up again.  By law they don't call before 8:00 AM.

Calling, redialing and hang ups! No message ! I always have my camera handy and taken pictures of the missed calls for proof.

Well said!  Sadly, you are not alone. These are the types of stories the mainstream media should report instead of nonsense like Tiger Woods affairs. Perhaps if they did the politicians would be forced (or shamed!) to act appropriately. I hope your situation becomes brighter soon. God Bless.

Chase USA calls my house frequently.  Today I actually answered their call and when I told them they had the wrong number, they said that "Ruby" gave them this number.  I responded they she must have given them the wrong number because I have had this number for 7 years and I am not Ruby.  The caller responded that they'd had this number for Ruby for more than 7 years and began laughing hysterically.  Really, there was no longer any reason for me to be on the phone with her, especially to listen to her hysterical laughter, so I hung up.  I'm sure I'll get another call later today or tomorror

Then the banks decided not to make small business loans any longer because they had taken bad risks on buying up junk mortgages. I held on by operating on my savings, my retirement, and my kids college funds, but was forced to close my business and lay off all my employees.  Now I can't pay them back... their loss.  They made their bed. They can get a judgement against me, but can't attach what isn't there. By law they can't take my medicaid and foodstamps, so screw them. I also advised my employees not to bankrupt themselves trying to pay these crooks, they got our tax $$$ with the TARP (JP Morgan/Chase) bailout.

You should never respond or reply to an e-mail. phone call, or text message that: Requires you to supply personal information. Threatens to close or suspend your account if you do not take immediate action and provide personal information.Solicits your participation in a survey where you are asked to enter personal information. States that your account has been compromised or that there has been third-party activity on your account and requests you to enter or confirm your account information. States that there are unauthorized charges on your account and requests your account information. Asks you to enter your User ID, password or account numbers, PIN numbers or card expiration dates into an e-mail, non-secure webpage or text message. Asks you to confirm, verify, or refresh your account, credit card, or billing information.

They keep calling my cell phone number after i've told each person that calls I am separated from my husband and not to call this number again. I've asked them numerous times to take my number off of their calling list but they keep calling. one rep (female) said that she would not take my number off and that i was lying because they had spoken to my ex husband at this number which was not true. this is my personal cell phone. I wish they would just leave me alone. they call at all hours of the day 5 am somethings 10 pm

This number has been calling my cellphone for months 10-20 times per day.  I will be following the advise of the commenter above in regards to donotcall list as well as filing harrassment charges

Have talked to these people and wrote and explained the situation. They still call a half dozen times a day.

Yep, they jacked up my interest rate and now I'm not paying them a dime.They can try and collect all they want. Greed waill get them no where with me.

This is Chase that is calling.  They are ruthless...don't care what your situation is, they want their money! I acquired them from my Washington Mutual account and cringed when I found out Chase took over WAWU.  Chase will do anything in their power to collect a debt!Chase will not stop the crazy interest that is piling up on my Chase account at a whooping $28.99%.  I'll never be able to pay them off at that rate!

They call all of the time even though I have asked them to cease contact. I am one month behind on my CC bill. They called I counted 13 times in one day & even on weekends. They are relentless.

I have a Chase card called them before I was late on a payment and asked them if I could have a couple months grace period until I get a job or get paid on my commissions owed me. My payment was $250. About a week later I get a call that says I owe them $970. They jacked up my interest rate really high, it was low and slapped on 4 charges. That can't be legal. Yesterday I got a call from the 847-488-6100 ph.#. I called it back but blocked my cell # and hung up when it said Credit Card Services. I was at a friends house when I called on my cell, 5 minutes later my friends land line was ringing asking for me! How did they do that? I've never given my friends ph. # to anyone! Their house is 60 miles from mine. Somehow they GPS me and got the land line #. I thought only the Goverment could do that?

I just purchased a Pay As You Go Phone last week so I have not had my new phone number even a week and received a voice mail from this number. It was for someone else and this cost me money/time on my new phone.

Section 1692c(c) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to cease all further communications with me except for the reasons specifically set forth in the federal law."This language legally obligates them to stop calling you.Include your account number, full name on the account, and last 4-digits of your SSN somewhere in the letter.FAX the letter to Chase at 888-643-9628.  This is the fax number that is designated by them for all cease and desist requests.MAIL a follow-up copy to Chase Bank, Correspondence Department, P.O. Now calling my cell phone-I am on Do Not Call list

I am 65, My Husband is out of work, I fell and broke by elbow. I have an account with Chase. I called them and told them i could not pay right now but i won't to pay my bills. I finally made a paymt but not what they wanted. Now they are charging me 30% interest, 39.00 late fee, 39.00 over limit fee and now they want me to pay 3, 324. to get caught up. I don't make this kind of money and why do they keep adding charges. They call from 7:30am to 8:50PM this # no name & no msg left.

Daily calls for months from 847-488-6100 from 8am until 7pm with no messages left. Others on internet say this no. belongs to Chase Bank. I am NOT and have NEVER been a Chase customer.

CHASE BANK using and India Company or their own company to break the law and use the telephone as a harrasment tool. CHASE Bank also uses bait and switch tactics by offering 4% interest, then taking on enough fees so you are over the credit line, so they can raise to 30%.

They are debit collectors from Mastercard, they leave messages for "Kim" on my voice mail; I am a man and I ain't called that! They won't stop calling and wasting my minutes, they even call at 8am.

This number is NOT Chase.  It's a eastern-european based scam. I got a call from them the day after I listed my number on an online directory. They try to get you to disclose all the information on your card including the three digit security number on the back. I imagine that they clone your credit card to go on a shopping spree once you give them your information. If you call them back or give them any information they will keep calling you back. Do not give out any of your account information unless you initiate the call!! Call the 800 number on the back of your chase card to check on your account.

Every time i answer they don't answer it is telling me to hold for next available agent. It is wasting my minutes.

calls every hour..EVERY Hour beginning at 8am-8pm. EVERY HOUR-6 DAYS A WEEK FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS.

They call 3-5 times a day/night and each time I answer I get silence.

Ok first I was getting calls from 3016203102 it was Chase. They called 3-5 times a day at my work. Then I started getting calls from 8474886050...again its Chase calling 3-5 times a day...then today for the first time I got one from 8474886100. Its like their system is on an auto dialer and the person working for them comes on a few seconds later...if the line doesn't drop. They are evil and ruthless. DONT EVER GET A CHASE CARD OF ANY KIND!!!
