I received a call from this number telling me that my paypal account had been hacked. Someone tried charging $499 to my account and they flagged it. That's great that they flagged it but the person at this number said his name was Bryan and was going to shut down this paypal account for me since I don't use it but wanted me to go on a site for him to do so. I was skeptical so I didn't do it. I now see that the number is listed to a William Byrd and not a PayPal account. Although he had me put in the number in Google Search and it did come up a PayPal account. Or at least it had the logo to make it look like a legitimate site. I'm still skeptical.
