Called at work at left message that I had "missed a court appearance". What court appearance? Watch out for this one.

More of the same. This is one of the dumbest scams going. Anybody dumb enough to give up personal info to these guys probably doesn't have any assets to be scammed out of. That makes the scheister criminals doing this even dumber. What a waste of technical aptitude. Why don't you go get a real job instead of paying juvenile mind games on people.

You need two different forms of ID. If at work a supervisor or head of security will need to sign off as a witness. Failure to sign for the summons will result in a missed court appearance. If you have any questions contact the party filing against you. At (855) 418-6439.

Call to number is answered by smoking man with deep voice. "Good morning, legal department, this is Craig McAllister, can I help you?"

Obvious phishing call. First contact. No identification. Illegal form of notification of pending service for a lawsuit.
