Stating a person is at my residence. That is not, has a case against them

Said they had filed a lawsuit against me. Claimed to work for the county, then the state. Told me to be home to serve me yesterday, I waited. Straight up summer. Austin, Robert and some chick.

Shawn Wilson called said he was trying to locate me. That there is a judgment against me. For the county I live in. And said they were calling my employer. He Also called my father looking for me. I called my county to check my name and looked up my info in the court. I have nothing against me. I think it's a scam. Just worried how they got my Fathers number.

Shawn Wilson, a case filed against me and wanted my information! Did not give and told them to do whatever.

They claimed they were coming to my place of employment and they would find me. Didn’t even leave name of company.

They call and tell you that you have a case pending against you somewhere. They can't tell you anything about it or who the company is. When you challenge them with questions such as "why doesn't the company call me directly"? They only reply with "that's a question for them". It's a total scam. They just want you to call so you can give them your social security number.

I want to know if this a real number

picked up but never said anything, they put , busy signal on after a couple minutes of silence, which later switched to constant beep, then silence for 5 minutes, then beeping again, I think I tied up their scam line for at least 20 minutes, hilarious, try it!

While on AOL, a message flashed across computer, stating that the computer had been hacked. User was told to call Microsoft immediately. This phone number was listed. When called, the person said he worked for Microsoft. As seen on BeenVerified, there is no record of this number being associated with Microsoft. I suspect this is a way for the person at the other end to hack into one's computer. 09-06-2019.

I have been getting calls from this number for several months, sometimes 2 or 3 times per day. I have always let my answering machine take the calls, but today I finally answered. It was an automated message about Minnesota Life Insurance Company, and it gave a number to call if interested. Near the end of the message it gave an opt-out option to Press 1 to be removed from their call list. I pressed 1 and it immediately started ringing as if it were being transferred. I didn't want to hear another sales pitch so I hung up. Hopefully they will stop calling soon.

They call multiple times a day, every day! They never leave voicemails and when you call back, you're given the option of removing your number from their call list or to hear more info. When I actually spoke to someone he said he was calling on behalf of bb&t but didn't tell me what he was calling about. This is beyond annoying!!!

Receiving calls to my work phone. Having IT blacklist the call. Some sort of insurance thing.. I can't ever seen to get a human being on the phone when I return the call.
