They called me trying to say I owed money and I was going to jail for fraud. When I asked for proof they refused to give me any. Kept hanging up when they realized I wasn't giving into what they wanted.

Called and said that my husband would be going to jail, after they took him to criminal court for $300 for a debt we'd already settled with another law firm. Guess they weren't expecting that we actually know our rights as consumers, because they got off the phone in a hurry after we said we'd have our lawyer contact them when they refused to send us written proof of the debt.

I got a call saying that I was going to jail if I didn't call him back, also that if I didn't call he would go to my workplace and talk with my supervisor (I'm unemployed). This was all on voicemail and I don't feel like calling them back and giving them the jolly of making more threats
