Got a call from them - Laser Spine Institute. They do surgery for spinal issues. Not sure if they represent other companies but that is who they said they were when they called me.

They also participate in a scam from HFC. I was paying on a sewing machine that I had interest free for a year. I put $200 down on an $800 machine. I then made payments every month. I started getting credit offers from HFC. I threw them out. They kept on coming. Meanwhile, the original seller of the machine in Princeton who said that the company was the sewimg machie company I was paying, participated in reselling my account to HFC. I am not sure how they work but they resell and resell and resell the accounty (they have 17 companies) and each one files a deliquency on a credit report. I took the matter to an attorney. I had proof of my payments. He told me that I had the right to go to court and tell the court what happened and to write them a letter. I did that. They ignored. Then they resold the accont again. I got a job and was threatened with garnishment. I was then harrassed at work by a man in a car following me around. I told my employer about this. Things went downhill after that. I gee the phone calls now on my cell phone and had a conversation about why they would not tell me who they were. finally got to talk to a women who told me they wanted to refinance my home! Now I was really confused. I had gotten a reverse mortgage. I have no idea what type of scam they are doing this time but I have no credit cards. I have no debts and after paying $600 on a $800 sewing machine (which I refuse to use and use my old one because of how upset this has made me), I now am told I owe one of the affiliates of HFC $2400. Maybe by now it is $4000! I have no idea how to stop this type of behavior by a credit and I do not understand how I can have a garnishment if I never got to go to court!

Jack McAllister had an important message for me. They wanted to know my phone number. I gave them the whole "don't you know who you are calling? You called me! What are you doing calling random numbers with a recording? You are breaking NJ State law, I want to talk to a supervisor..." This operator had an attitude and tried to get snippy with me so I gave her the whole "you have a bad attitude, who do you talk to in that tone of voice? I hope this call is recorded so your supervisors can see how out of control you are. Is PMS a terminal condition with you?"That's when she hung up and I could not find out who Jack McAllister is or what was the important message.

They are a DEBT COLLECTOR!!!! If they call you...obviously you owe them money for something (medical bills, unpaid credit debt, etc.). If you think you owe nothing, then find out for sure and get proof that you owe nothing. They can turn it into a legal matter. Take care of your debts. Do not ignore your debt as the debt will not ignore you!

The number is for a Bill collector. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK-- DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION, DO NOT AGREE OR ADMIT TO ANYTHING. FOR THAT MATTER, DON'T EVEN ANSWER THEIR CALL !!!They are trying to collect on a debt. Could be one generated by an ID thief, an EX wife/husband, child, parent, grandparent or any other person that got your info. May even be someone who had a lein on your property when you purchased it. Agree to nothing because they will make your life a living hell! They will even call your place of work and be the reason that you loose your job, they don't care!
