I did not owe any money at the time I canceled.I think this wrong name is a trick to get you to answer to tell them it's the wrong name and ask them to stop. This is like the 3rd page I have posted to. Everyone seems in agreement that this is Verizon's debt collection service-bot auto-caller. I missed this months payment, and within 1-2 days, I s****ed getting calls from this number 2-3 times a day, and always with no VM. If you don't owe them money, or if you just don't want to be bothered, enter this number in your phone bank and set the ring tone to "silent", which is the next best thing to being able to block it.
