recorded message about lowering the rate on my credit card. Promises this is the only call you will get. Press 1 for a "live person", press 9 to be taken off their call list. first time I pressed 9, also second and third. 4th call I pressed 1, real person came on and asked my name. I asked her name and she hung up. From then I just hang up. have gotten maybe 8 or 9 calls.
