used to con ppl out of money via Zelle for fake tattoo service. using stollen instagram account of Dalton Miller a tattoo artist in Texas. He js trying to get the account back. would never require upfront fees to book a consultation. shop does not use zelle cash app or venmo.
The following was the text message I received,****ential social engineering. "Why can't you get through on the phone? Why don't you reply to messages? Please reply when you see the messages. I'm very worried."

I keep getting text messages from this phone number requesting money for a grant that I supposedly won. Every time I give them money so****ing else happens that they ask for more money and say I'm going to lose it if I don't and I don't want to lose the money I already put into it so I give more money I'm getting tired of doing it so I want to know if they're a scam

They do not say anything when you answer. It is just silence. They also do not leave messages if you don't answer but they call several times.
