oh mr. black is right person.they given me the information but i did not respond them and the case was proceeded to the court house and i had to pay      $11250. so pls co-operate them. the process is to costly.

A Daniel Fox called stating he was from the United States Bureau of Investigagion and that the Federal government had a lawsuit against me. Could not precisely give me all the details. I told him I didn't understand a word he said and that I could not receive any phone calls at work and hung up on him.

Same person Mark Santos keeps calling my home, work and leaves very nasty messages about throwing me in jail and no one can help me. I have no idea what he wants!  The phone number keeps changing on my caller id, once even being a old phone number for our local hospital.  Very sneaky. I will not send any money to something I have no documentation on!  Thanks to all who left comments, or I may have fallen for this scam!

I received a call from a Officer Shane Wong? saying that I had legal action against me.  He said he was from a "legal office in Florida".  When I called back and asked for more details he was evasive and just said he was from a legal office.  I did not give him any information.  I have reported it to the FTC.

The same thing just happened to me.  I fell for it once and sent money but never got confirmation, so I didn't send anymore.  Now, six months later they called back.  I think it is the same man using a different name.

I just received a call from this number by a man saying his name was Mark Santos.  He claimed to be an officer in the law and investigation department.  He read off my social security number and wanted me to verify it.  When I didn't he got mad and started yelling at me.  I asked him what agency he was an officer for and he stated not an agency.  I work with the company,  I asked what company and he would not tell me all the while becoming more and more beligerent.  I told him that he was calling me at work and that I no longer wanted him to call me here and that if this was a debt collection and he was with the law and investigation dept. then he had my current address and to mail me any documentation pertaining to the debt to me.  I then told him that he was breaking the law by saying he was an officer and that my next call was going to be to my attorney.  He continued yelling at me and I told him do not call me back and I hung up.  He proceeded to call me back 2 minutes later where I answered the phone told him he was breaking the law and hung up.  He sounded east indian not hispanic like the name suggests.  By the way, I did a reverse look-up and the number is from a cell phone in bloomfield nj.

A guy that I could hardly understand, call me at my work and told me that he is Officer Greeno from the Bureau of Investigation and that they was going to sue me for an unpaid loan. I told him NOT to call me at work anymore and hung up. Within a few minutes, my supervisor e-mail me telling me that he called her and he gave her his phone number for me to return his call.

Told me I owed a debt that didn't exist and they were on their way to my house to pick me up..insisited I give them my ss number, wow they really are stiupid...he threatened me and his last words to me were F*** your mother...to me...wow why can't these people be stopped???

Person by the name of Chiraz Rami from USBI called and indicated that I owe money on an account that was paid off 3 years ago and that i am being sued by them. I can settle the account for $782.00 out of court or they will take me to court and it will cost me $12,000. They said to send the money to them via Western Union by tomorrow. This is not the first time I received a call from someone trying to solicit funds from me.

William Black called me also at my office and left a message telling me "Good Luck". WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!!!!! They are scammers, will try to make you western union money to them. I fell for it once already, his name was SHANE WATSON, they are from India and the using caller I.D. Fishing software to pick up phone #'s and scam people out of money. They can't do anything to you, so just hang up on them.

Indian caller named William Black stating he was going to call the police. Called my office 20 times in 5 minutes. Said he was going to sue me and the company I work for.
