Just received a phone call about a credit card consolidation on a card that had a balance of $3000. They hung up when I tried to get more info after saying I have never had a balance that high on my credit card.

Recorded call advising that they are from Account Services and want to lower my interest rate on my credit cards due to my excellent credit history. After pushing 2. you are connected to "Card Services" and advise me that I am now paying 10% interest on my credit card, but couldn't tell me which one or the last 4 digits of it, on kept on saying that they represent over 286 credit card companies that offer Visa and Mastercard. When I asked them where they were calling from, they advised Orlando, FL ... when I asked them some more questions, they hung up.
