It's a scam!!! He texted me about painting a house he just bought in PA. He said his family was relocating from NM and he would have the sherwin williams paint delivered from Texas!?! I called the listing and selling agent. They both confirmed that he was NOT the new homeowner. The trick is that they try to get you to cash a cashiers check. Somehow, that's where they get you.

I am a painting company. I get a text from this number saying he wants the interior painted. He just bought the house 3 days earlier. We live in a small country town of 2000. The house didn't just see. He would send a check for 50% upfront. Then rest at the end. The major catcher was the paint would be delivered. Sherwin Williams is 40 minutes away. Don't deliver.
