This "Paul" is probably one of them who know about this website and is trying to speak up for them. Dude..give it up. They're horrible people. They called my cell phone and my little girl answered thinking they were someone else. They cursed HER out..MY CHILD. I got on and gave them a piece of my mind. They called back 30 times today alone. By the way..friend is spelled f-r-i-e-n-d. Go back to your country jerk.

These people have called me a few times, they are scam artists trying to prey on innocent people. These sand eating criminals will burn in hell for this. No telling how many elderly and others that have fallen for this crap. I wish one of them would show up at my door, that would be the last thing they did.

This people are unbelievable. They called my home phone and left the same threatening message others are reporting: "There's a fraud case filed against me. Me or my attorney must contact them immediately. Don't disregard the message or the situation will unfold on me" And on and on. Heavy thick foreign accent.  I tried to call the number "Jennifer" left me but got some recording that their mail box was full.  They left their first message at 10:45am and within three minutes they were callng my coworkers telling them I was in legal trouble and since I used them as a reference they were also involved.  These morons leave me a number that I can't even reach them on and before I have a chance to get through they're already harrassing my coworkers.  About 3:00 I was finally able to reach them. I could barely understand the guy who answered but he eventually told me he was Jennifer's supervisor and that he would handle my call. He then proceeded to tell me I had to wire them $1002 immediately or they would be issuing an arrest warrant on me. I told him there was no way I could pay that much today and asked him who owned this debt. He wouldn't answer that but said they could accept $600.  I told him I didn't have any money I could send them today and if they couldn't provide verification of the debt I wouldn't send them a dime and they could go ahead and  issue their arrest warrent. He said fine, I would be in jail by morning.So I thought that was it. I know it's all horse s**t anyway and these people are crooks. Of course several hours later, the phone calls started again.  Is there anything anyone can do to stop these blatant illegal collection practices?  These people make no attempt to comply with the law and apparently get away with it.

I received 2 calls this morning from a man with a heavy accent telling me that he was calling from the Florida state's attorney's office and he worked for attorney Davis Gray. He was investigating my friend for some fraudulent activity in FL. They couldn't reach her and so they were contacting me since she listed me as a reference for something in hopes that I would get a messsge to her about her debts, etc. He said I better cooperate with them and try to reach her because when they take her to court I would be called as a witness to testify against my friend. This is totally bogus!!

I received a call from this same number on my cellphone - a heavy-accented woman telling me I had to call back because someone with a name I didn't even recognized had used my name fraudulently & I was too call back immediately.  I'm really glad I googled the number and came to this website.

These people called my job telling me on a recorded line all my personal business I kept telling him that we r on a recorded line an I will call him back later an for him not to call me at work he called my cell 7 times after I didn't answer he called me back at work. So I called him back asked for the name of the company he said that didn't matter he stated he was from state attorneys office in Florida. So I the states attorney office in Florida they didn't know what I was talking about she advised me to call my sherif department here in Chicago so did left a message an then called my attorney. I called them back the told me to kiss his A**, black b***h etc he cursed me good do cursed his a** out from that point on he called my job today 57times an my cell 60times an every time he curses me what I wouldn't do just to kick his A** right now he messed up when he called me I have been a manger for over ten yrs at a collection agency an I know the law if I can't say why do u so now I am suing there assssss messed with the wrong on.advise if they don't work under the fdcpa the have violated. Some Alfred has been calling my phone for 2 weeks now stating is with the Dept. of Law and Investigation stating I need to contact him by a certain day and not to disregard there call. I can't even block the number because they call from several numbers.

Got the same call and they actually used my friends name.  I called them and was put on hold.  Tried calling back and it goes to some voicemail box. Said their company name was Dispute Resolution Center in Florida.

Same thing happened to me with the heavy accented man calling and leaving a threatening message.  When I confronted them they hung up on me I called back several times and never spoke to anyone without a heavy accent.  Refused to give me a number of supervisor or address when I told them I thought they were the frauds they hung up on me.

I hate these scam calls. I wish they would stop!

My wife received a call from this number today.  A man with a very heavy accent saying his name is Officer Rico Carlos with the Office of Fraud and Investigations.  He stated that a relative has commited financial fraud and used her as a reference.  It is very important for you not to ingore this call....etc.  Doing a reverse look-up, the number is from Saratoga Fl.  What a joke....we will be sure to make this a top priority to call back....lol.

An accented person called again after we found out this was fraud.  Instituting a friend and I are in deep trouble... He also said he feels sorry for us by the end of the week if we don't pay him and take care of this so called payday loan...  How do we stop this.  I told him no one in this community accepts fraud calls.. and I hung up on him.

This caller was Daniel Parker with a very heavy accent...he told me to verify my address so he can issue a warrant for my arrest...LOL...he said I was approved for a payday loan for 300...but i took 350...so hes an investigator..and hes trying to issue a warrant...he left a very rude and threatening message on my voicemail so i called him back at first he said he was a pharmacist...but he will call me back then he called me back from

they are calling my cell phone and work number.  i have no idea how they got this information.  when i call back and ask the company name i get a bogus answer and they wont give me their address.  and when i called back again and told them to put whatever in the mail they hung up.  scam

I r got this call this am at work in a meeting telling me "not to disregard this message , very heavy acent, etc... Well needless to say I did checking on them and each time they call, I place a block on their numbers , but each time they call with a different number. I guess they dont know that their business was on MSNBC news, about how they are scammer trying to obtain money from you  for the Taliban-guns etc... When I called got the same person and I decided to use his tactic, started screaming in the beginning and then I  decided to use choice words, then I HUNG UP , and of course they called right back and pretented to be someone else, and once he realized it was me, he hung up, little did he know I was having his number traced!!!... (you gotta love the phone system) havent heard anything yet....

calls and harrases me and threatens to have me arrested with a certain mount of time if i dont apply ....well im still at home not arrested...is trying to have me pay double of the loan saying it was court cost and other interest, i never got a summons nor do i know who he works for cause he wont tell me also he says that he can only accept a debt card.this family if it is a family needs to be prosecuted for fraud.

I received several calls from this number stating that they were going to take court papers out on me if i didnt pay back a payday loan. He told me that they would take me to jail. he said that i would need to pay them 2000 dollars for a 200 dollar loan immidately. he had a very heavy acient and contiuned to tell me that i need to stay calm and not to curss at him. these ppl are scammers and they are not professional at all. all they want to do is get your personal information including your social security number. so beware of these ppl

got two calls from this number. first one, heavy foreign accent man. saying i was in a lot of trouble for not paying back a payday loan. i needed to call him back immediately or "he would be sorry for the trouble that would unfold for me" so i called back. horrible people. the Man stated i got a payday loan from usacreditloans.com (website doesnt exist) for $500. i needed to pay him $5600 immediately or i would be arrested and be in court on monday (monday sept 6th, Labor day)! All the time he was talking i searched and found his TN online. so many different reports of these scammers. i told him i was on to them and now what the colorado state laws are concerning payday loans. this man started screaming and cursing me and hung up. i called the number back and got the same man. he hung up again. i called back, again same man. He started babytalking for the next 5 minutes. it was SOOOO funny.the following day they called back at 7:15am and left a message. time stamp !!! So i called, same guy! he didnt recognize my voice until i gave him my number. cursed me out again and hung up. Very Very professional.

Caller needed to contact relative regarding relative owing money. Threaten that if I did not give info, I would be liable. Got another officer/investigator on line by the name of A. D. Walker, who threaten to file harrasment charges because we called him???? My anwser, stop calling me and go ahead and do file whatever. Someone needs to do something to this sick people.

CALLED MY JOB,MY FAMILY, AND MY FRIENDS THREATENING TO HAVE ME AND THEM PUT IN JAIL FOR FRAUD. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS PERSON IS BUT THEY NEED TO STOP CALLING THREATENING PEOPLE.

Trying to find out who owns this phone number.

This debt collector has called my work telephone number threatening to put me in jail for a bill a friend of mine owes. Yesterday the message he left (always the same heavily accented voice) stated he was Officer Rudolph Jacob with Direct Resolution Center and that my friend had committed fraud and that his company was going to have my friend arrested and then have me arrested if I didn't get in touch with my friend to have my friend contact him immediately. I want to contact my Better Business Bureau to turn in this violation of ethics. THis person has been told NEVER to call my work phone or contact me again about someone elses debt.

Caller said he is Officer Jack Smith (strong accent). Knew the last four digits of my SS # & said my social security number is under investigation. Said I need to call immediately or legal action will be taken against me. Keeps calling and calling and calling. Help!

This women(Jennifer Garzia) left a message on my recoeder threating me, saying that charges were going to filled on me for fraud and theft of a check for a payday loan. Several other foreigner sounding MEN CALL ABOUT 3-4 TIMES TODAY 8/26/2013.They also stated that I was going to jail, one told me that I wasn't trying to pay, all I wanted was to use the money for my own good and that his client was going to put me in jail for 10,000. I told him do what ever they had to do, I didn't have the money.And I hung up the phone. He got real nasty with me.

Received a phone call from this number. The caller did not leave any message.
