No voice, just holds he line open. When called back it says "Your call is very important to us and all call may be monitored or recorded" over and over then it disconnects.

These people keep calling and asking for lawrence- who i do not know- this is a personall cell phone number. When i say to stop calling they hang up and about a half hour later i get another call.
