Said they were Black Hills Energy and said there was $100 charge to terninate service so gave them credit card #. (credit card since cancelled). Called another # for Black Hills-they said no charge to terminate,no their phone # person I talked to not employed

Person said they were puget sound energy and scammed a customer $450 and social security number

Don't know they didn't answer just weird music on other end

He used this number on Whatsapp, he commits fraud

Cont from above: I recalled something similar a few months back with another AT&T appt. He had identified himself as being with AT&T but not give me his name. BEWARE - I am disturbed that he knew we had a repair appt with AT&T in the first place.

He had a very heavy accent and he changed my appt time for the AT&T service call tomorrow. He then tried to sell me solar panels and alarm system. He said there were offers on my account so he wanted to save me money on my power bill. I said not interested. He wouldn't take no for any answers,finally hung up after hubby got the phone. Called AT&T and they knew nothing.

Called to confirm in home tech appointment for a repair and then offered electricity bill savings. They abruptly hung up after confronted
