Caller is CDI - Knoxville TN. They are a telemarketer working for newspaper and magazine publishers. If you are a former subscriber they will keep calling in hopes of getting yo re-signed. 4-5-6 times a day ! Criminal harrasment threats are the only way to make tem stop.
