Scam/Fraud under Federal Criminal Investigation.

My minor child received a call from another number that when searched here has no identified owner. The caller left a voicemail that they were “a senior aid helper regarding your wellness. My callback number is” the number listed above. I don’t think my teen needs a senior aid helper.

This is long but may be helpful to someone. Woman left message speaking very fast stating that she was her name with Disability Services. But you couldn’t clearly hear or understand her name. She stated that she was checking on my well-being. I had problems with the call. If you are calling a person with disabilities, you speak clearly and slowly. If she had been truly concerned my well being, then she would have said her name loud and clear. I had to play the message 7 times to get the phone number. Most people would give the number as a set of three numbers (area code), another set of three numbers, and finally a set of four numbers. This makes it easier for the listener to follow. She said 3 numbers, then 2 numbers and then the final 5. I have no idea what these people want. I do have a problem when they’re suppose to be checking on someone’s well being and have no intention of helping only harming.

The woman left her number but didn't identify herself or the nature of her call. Not sure whether this is a telemarketer.
