I got a call at 9 a.m. on March 11th from someone claimng to be looking for my ex-husband from Natale law firm. He gave the name of Randy, but did not disclose his last name.  He asked if my ex-husband still lived on (correct st. name)  I informed him yes, and asked what the call was about...was it about his father, who has just passed away.  He said, no...I cannot discuss the details with you.  He asked for a phone number, which did not/could not provide. I did say I would pass the message on if I saw him, but something did not seem quite right. Lawyer's offices are not usually so vauge.  I entered the law firm name inform ationi into Google, and found this site.  My ex-husband does owe citifinacial a small amount, and is out of work, so like the above lady, if is futile to attempt to recover at this time. I am the only person with the same name in the phone book, so hopefully they do not continue calling and harrassing me for something that is not my concern. Perhaps my posting in this blog will save someone else from this nonsence. If anyone gets a call from them, I would advise them to just say they have no idea where the person is, or even that they do not know them. Perhaps that would help. Also, I checked with my lawyer...and they do NOT look for people by telephone that way...they do it through the post office going with the last known mailing address for that person.
