No answer when I answer their incoming call. When I call the number back it states that it's Capital One Visa and to input 16 digit credit card number. I put in a dummy number. Then it prompts me to put in my social security number, again I put in a dummy number. Then it request me to hold while my call is being processed. The line goes silent, then the phone goes dead.
