Every day at 8 am starts hang ups over a month

This number has been calling constantly with no message. Recently they have been leaving the same message "this call is being recorded, may I speak to ________?" Don't know who they are and who they are asking for. So I'm guessing it's SPAM!!

Got a call this evening at 7:45pm. FIrst words were "this call is being recorded". So, I hung up.

Just got a call from this number, I called them back and a female voice said something like "Allied something or other" and when I asked for clarification she hung up.

A guy called and asked if I could confirm my name and address, I ask who he was and he said "I understand that" and asked me again to confirm, I said " until I know who you are I'm not giving out information " he replied "I understand that" and asked me to confirm again. Needless to say, I hung up.
