NO CALL, but this company has got my acct information also. This a.m. I noticed a draft in the amount of 33.85 from my checking account. I called the number that was the bank gave me that was connected to this transaction. I only got a VM saying to leave a mssg, I then proceeded to google the number, and found this and other sites, stating the same complaint with this company called LDDS. I fianlly found another number for them that was posted by another victim. Called that number and the ******* had the nerve to act as if I was an unsatisfied CUSTOMER, and said that they have a 30-day money back guarantee.. and that the funds would be depostied back into my account in 15 days.....***!!! I AM SOOOOO mad, DON"T EVEN GO THERE!!!! I was screaming at him, I never ordered any long distance service through them in the first place, I don't even have a home telephone, we all use cell's. 30-DAY Money back guarantee my a**! So, anyways I went to my bank, printed complaints in hand, and they had me fill out paperwork, one unauthorized debit form and the other was an affidavit of forgery. They also printed me a copy of the "check". It has Pay to the Order of Long Distance Servies 866-496-9831. My bank is investigating now.. I am furiuos, there's no telling how much money these ****s have made off of people that don't pay closre attention to thier accounts.Caller: LDDS

I was drafted $33.85 on the 28th- They told me it was for long distance. I never authorized this. They said it could have been so****ing I signed up for online or purchased- bull! I notified my bank and they have cancelled this. But I'm demanding proof that I authorized this otherwise I will take action a***nst them. They have also done this more than once.

The physical address that I was given was 405 Alexander Street, Sherbrooke, Quebec J1H 4S9. Does this address even really exist??? How did they get my info???

I discovered that somebody has made a couple ***dred dollars' worth from my Uncle's account. The only ID on the draft is 'LDDS866-496-9831'. He gave no such authorization. When called, that number identifies itself only as 'the Processing Department' and no calls are returned. These guys are crooks, nothing more.

They did not call they just took out 33.85 out of my bank account. But the check that was used to withdraw the money had this number on it as well as the letters LDDS. They used a previous address of ours at the top of the check but the state was listed wrong on it. The check was cashed without any signature on it. My bank is going to investigate s****ing today!
