scam

The message was garbled, and I didn't recognize the number. After reading other posts to this site, I notified 1800Flowers.com that someone from 866-521-8030 left and unintelligible message. The customer service agent said they had left a message about my flower order. So this number is somehow connected to 1-800-FLOWERS.com.

A female voice left a message, but the connection was full of static. I had placed an order with 1 800 Flowers a few hours before and now I see that others received calls after their Flowers order.

This is a legitimate caller. I was suspicious but my auto dealer confirmed for me. They didn't ask any information besides confirming my address, will that be where the car is parked, down-payment etc. Did not ask social or anything personal.
