Got a called today from this same number, they left a voicemail and gave me a case#. I called the number and the guy said I was being sued for a credit card back in 2001! He also said they sent a letter to my employer and my wages are going to be garnished! I hung up before it went any further.

April 22, 2024 -Got a call from a person saying that I was going to be served a summons within the hour would I be home to sign the do***ents. I told the person on the phone that I have no idea what he was referring to. He told me to call 866-572-9729 and gave me a case #. I called and a women named Nicole answered and did NOT begin by stating the company or the attorney's office she worked in or for. She asked me is I want to settle a debt 0f 7k on a credit card dating back 25 years ago. I said, I would wait to be notified by the court and if they persued this matter further they would be counter sued (whom ever they are?)

I received a call from this phone number today stating I am going to be summo s to court on 04/23/2024 if I didn't agree to pat over $12,000.00 for a delinquent Credit Card from 2008! That ph# is 866-572-9729. What is this?

I keep getting calls from these people claiming to be a process server. One said he was outside my home sitting in his car & knew my address and said I was avoiding him and if I don’t contact him they would default me. I have no clue what they’re talking about AND there was not a soul outside my home. Now they somehow got my mom’s contact info we don’t even live in the same state. She is going through daily chemo and radiation and they are messaging her about me! I call and get no answer. Very strange

Got a call from this number stating my husband was being served a summons, they knew his last 4 of his social security number and address and told this info to a representative that called on his behalf, I found it odd yet we don’t know why or who this person is. I called back and didn’t get an answer or answering machine
