April 22, 2024 -Got a call from a person saying that I was going to be served a summons within the hour would I be home to sign the do***ents. I told the person on the phone that I have no idea what he was referring to. He told me to call 866-572-9729 and gave me a case #. I called and a women named Nicole answered and did NOT begin by stating the company or the attorney's office she worked in or for. She asked me is I want to settle a debt 0f 7k on a credit card dating back 25 years ago. I said, I would wait to be notified by the court and if they persued this matter further they would be counter sued (whom ever they are?)

I keep getting calls from these people claiming to be a process server.
