This jerk Mike Billings says he's looking to serve me papers & said I needed to call 866-696-7926 to get them to process a stop order. I called & got a recording everytime for a civil arbitrations deparRftment. Left a message cursing & threatening them to never call me again, cited all my civil rights & threatened to sic my 200# Rottweiler on him if he dared serve me with anything that wasn't legal for him to collect by Tx law. Haven't heard from them since.

Demanded me give them my ssn or they would call the state police....what an idiotic tactic.

Telemarketer

Got msg on cellphone. Shows as Scotia bank but they are not leaving any messages.

Came up as caller id: Scotia bank on my cellphone. Hung up after 2 rings already.

scammer!! be careful. do not. call back or answer the phone, they will call forever!!! computer. records every phone with positive answer

I like corn

Calls 6-7 times a day. No one is there when I stay on the line. I hear a click and then the phone goes dead. I dialed them back, it was HBC (the Bay) and had to select certain numbers to be removed, which I did and then I got a busy signal. We'll see if it stops them from calling.

DO NOT TALK TO THEM!!! got a call from this number tonight, and it was some guy claiming to be with Bank of America, to enroll me in some fraud monitoring program free for a month. he had my full name, address, and almost my complete email address. I told him I did not want to be in the program, because i thought something was fishy, and he said "ok, but I still need to enroll you so that you can get your free credit check" I said no again, and he said "ok, if you change your mind or have any questions, call this number:" and he rattled off a number so fast I couldn't even catch the first number and then hung up immediately. I entered the number he called me from on google and found loads of posts like this one, so I got worried and went to check my online banking, and it said I had been locked out for too many attempts to enter the wrong passcode. I have not been on there for a few days, so I know it was these scammers! had to call the 24 hr. hotline and get everything reset with a more secure passcode. Just because they know your name and address does NOT mean they are your bank!! and think about it; with all the offers banks already send you every year about new programs they are doing, wouldn't they just send that info out as well, they would never call you from a call center! DON'T fall for it!!

Receiving non-stop calls from this number with a vooice message to call and punch in my number o that they can call me back.  I company name is identified and I have no clue who they are.  The calls need to STOP now!
